Eggless Custard Tart

Custard Tart is a perfect no bake recepie. the authentic tart recepie has egg in it but i have converted it into an eggless recepie. Vegetarians can have tarts that are eggless. Easy to make at home.


6 Ingredients


Vegetarian/ 8 servings / cooking time - 1 hour


Dairy

Milk (Full fats) - 1 Liter

Condensed Milk -1/2 cup

Unsalted Butter - 1/4 cup


Dry ingredients


Vanilla Custard Powder - 1/2 cup

Crackers - 10/12 pcs


Garnish


Fresh Mango - 1 cup

Fresh pear - 1 cup

Fresh Pomegranate - 1 Tbsp


Preparations

Cut the mango and pear into fine slices and peel pomegranate and wash properly keep them aside.


Custard

  • Boil Milk for around 10 minutes and keep stirring.


  • Pour Custard Powder in boiling milk and keep stirring for a while .


  • Let the mixture boil for around 5 minutes.


  • Pour in condensed milk and keep stirring for around 2 minutes.


  • Take custard off the flame and let it cool down on room temperature.


  • Keep sitting at intervals This will avoid lumps to form.


  • By the time custard cools down we will prepare the cracker base.


Cracker base

  • Take a mixer grinder and grind the crackers with softened butter properly to make it a fine powder.


Assemble

  • Take a tart mould butter it and properly spread the crackers mixture.


  • Freeze the cracker base for 30 min.


  • Pour in the custard on the base on frozen base.


  • decorate the tart with fruit slices.


  • Freeze the tart for minimum 8 hours or overnight.


Your eggless custard tart is ready, serve it cold.
