Healthy Oats and Chia Seed Pancakes

Vegetarian/ serves - 4/ Cooking time - 20 - 25 min


Ingredients

Quick oats - 2 cup

Chia Seeds - 3 Tbsp (Unsoaked)

Banana Ripe - 2

Sugar - 3/4 cup

Water - 1/2 cup

Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp

Baking soda - 1/4 tsp

Pineapple slices - 4


Pancakes are a daily Breakfast in the West .I have replaced some of the classic ingredients from healthy ones like using oats and chia seeds instead of Flour , selected all the ingredients that are handy in any household. It is a very healthy option for breakfast .


Preparation -


Oats and Chia Seeds - Mince them dry .

Pineapple Slices - Cut a Circle from Center because that portion is difficult to chew.


Lets Cook


  • Add Oats and Cia Seed mixture in mixing bowl.


  • Smash Banana in oats and Chia seed mixture .


  • Add sugar in the mixture .


  • After that add water, baking powder, and baking soda in the mixture.


  • Mix everything well till the mixture gets mixed properly .


  • Keep the mixture aside for about 10 minutes .


  • Take a flat base pan and make pancakes as shown in the video.


  • Don't forget to use the pineapple slices on one side of the pancake ,this will add to the taste.


  • Serve it hot with honey and fruits .
