Kheer is a festive food. I have used Jungle Rice instead of Rice, so this recepie is suitable for people who are on fast. Any type of fast because it has no grains.

Dairy
Condensed milk - 2 Tsp
Milk (Full Fat) - 1 liter
Seeds
Jungle Rice - 60 gm
Nuts
Almonds - 7-8
Cashew - 7-8
Rasins - 8
Pistachios - 8
Dates - 1 Cup
Preparations
Dates - Remove the seeds and cut them into fine pieces.
Jungle rice - wash jungle rice thoroughly and keep it aside.
Nuts - Take cashews, almonds and pistachios and dry roast them.Cut them into fine pieces.
Lets Cook
Boil Full fat milk let it boil on simmer for about 10-15 min.
Put the Jungle rice in boiling milk and let them cook till they are completely cooked.
Add all the roasted nuts in milk and let them boil for around 2-3 min.
Now pour in condensed milk in milk and rice mixture and let it boil for around 3 more minutes and keep stirring.
Turn off the flame and let it cool on room temperature.
Serve it hot or refrigerate it for a while to serve it cold.
