Scrambled Cottage Cheese

No problem for vegetarians now even they can have a splendid English breakfast .This recepie is inspired from authentic scrambled eggs. It is A very nice replacement of egg . It is a very light recepie good to go with toasts at breakfast. Best recepie for people who are looking forward to clean eating.


7 Ingredients


Vegetarian / 4- Servings / Cooking time - 20 min


Dairy


Cottage Cheese - 1 Cup

Butter - 1 Tbsp

milk - 4 Tbsp


Spices


Black Salt - According to taste

Black Pepper - 1 Tsp

Turmeric - 1 Tsp

Garlic - 4 Cloves


Preparation


Peel the garlic cloves and mince them.



Mince cottage cheese well.




Lets Cook

  • Take some butter in pan

  • put minced garlic in the pan and let it cook till they turn light brown.

  • Put cottage cheese in the pan.

  • Mix Milk,Black salt, turmeric and black pepper.

  • Put the mixture in pan.

  • mix everything together properly and let it cook for around 5 min.

  • Add Butter and Mix well , now turn down the flame.

Scrambled Cottage Cheese is ready. Serve It hot with Toasts or make a sandwich.
