Steamed Yogurt

Steamed Yogurt is rich in protein and no artificial sugar has been added.It is a good sweet for People who love ice cream and want a healthy option for dessert. Steamed yogurt can be easily made at home as all the ingredients are easily available at home.


4 Ingredients



Vegetarian/serves- 4/Cooking time - 30 min


Ingredients

Hung Curd - 2 Cups

Jaggery (crushed)- 1/4 cup


Spices

Cardamom - 2


Canned

Condensed Milk - 1/4 cup


Garnish

Almonds - 2

Pistachios - 2


Preparation


Hung Curd - Take 2 cups of curd and hang it in a muslin cloth over a strainer and put it in refrigerator for 2 hours.


Baking Tin - Apply Oil in the tin nicely that will be used for steaming.


Steamer - Clean the steamer properly and put water in it.



Lets Cook


  • Take hung curd out of refrigerator after 2 hour.


  • Mix condensed milk , jaggery and cardamom powder in hung curd.


  • Whisk the mixture well so that there are no lumps.


  • Transfer the mixture in a baking lid.


  • Cover he lid with aluminium foil properly.


  • Now put the utensil in a steamer for 30 min .


  • After 30 min let the yogurt cool down on room temperature.


  • Serve it as it is or refrigerate it for sometime to serve it cold.


Your Steamed yogurt is ready.
