Rainy season is that season where we crave grilled food be it any type oven, pan or coal.
I have combined in the available veggies, fruits cottage cheese and Yogurt Dip. You can also substitute cottage cheese with Chicken breast.
Vegetarian/ Serves - 4 / Cooking Time - 1 hour / Preparation Time - 30 Min
14 Ingredients (Marinate Cottage cheese)
Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 Tsp
Salt - 1 Tsp
Kasuri Methi - 1 Tsp
Gram flour (Besan) - 2 Tbsp
Black Pepper - 1/4 Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
Lemon (medium)- 1
Red Chili powder - 1/2 Tsp
Dried Mango Powder (Amchoor) - 1 Tsp
Hung Curd - 1 Cup
Cottage Cheese - 200 Gms
4 Ingredients (Fruit Flavoring Sauce )
Honey - 1 Tsp
Olive Oil - 1 Tsp
Lemon Zest - 1 Tsp
Lemon Water - 1/2 Tsp
Watermelon - 1 Slice
3 Ingredients (Vegetable Flavoring Sauce)
Black Pepper - 1 Tsp
Salt - 1 Tsp
Cooking oil - 1 Tsp
Carrot - 1
Cucumber - 1
Potato - 2
Red Onion - 2
Tomato - 2
Corn - 1
Preparations -
Vegetables and Fruits - Cut the vegetables and fruits into slices so that they can be handled easily while cooking.
Marinate Cottage Cheese - Mix mustard Oil , cumin powder , turmeric powder, salt, Kasuri methi, gram flour, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, dried mango powder in hung curd and mix properly.
Dip cottage cheese into the mixture and freeze it for about 30 min.
Lets Cook
Heat The Grill Pan on high Flame then lower down the flame once it is heated.
Start putting in the veggies, fruits ad cottage cheese one bu one .
Keep applying the flavoring sauce on each side of veggies and fruits.
Grill the Cottage Cheese as it is because it is already marinated we don't need to apply any flavoring sauce.
Let them grill till they are cooked properly.
Dip -
Use the Yogurt mixture that was used to marinate cottage cheese as dip with all the grilled veggies.
Assemble all the grilled Veggies , fruits Cheese and Dip , your Platter is ready.
